基本情况：
东北国家计量测试中心(以下简称中心)是集计量检定、校准、科研、开发等为一体的技术机构。
中心座落在沈阳市美丽的南湖湖畔，占地面积34000m2，建筑面积21000 m2,实验室面积12200 m2，其中恒温室面积4390 m2。由综合实验楼、精密恒温楼、热工楼、电离辐射楼、学术交流厅等11座各具功能的楼宇构成完整的建筑群。
中心现有固定资产2932万元，仪器设备3000余台件，总价值1800万元。中心共设置4个职能管理部门，11个研究室。现有职工81人，其中教授级高工2人、高级工程师36人、工程师23人。承担东北地区的量值传递工作，开展计量标准器、智能化测量仪器等产品的研制和开发。
中心现有大区级以上标准47项（其中包括1项国家临时基准），覆盖长度、温度、力学、电学、无线电、光学、理化、声学、时间频率和电离辐射等十大计量专业。

Introduction:
NationalMetricalTestCenter of the Northeast (Center for short) is a technical institution with the functions such as metrological verification, calibration, research, and development.
By the side of the beautiful South Lake of Shenyang is the group of 11 buildings of Center, which includes the ComprehensiveBuilding, the PrecisionConstantTemperatureBuilding, the ThermalBuilding, the IonizingRadiationBuilding and the Academic Exchange Hall. Center has a land area of 34000m2, a building area of 21000 m2 and a laboratory area of 12200 m2 (a constant temperature area of 4390 m2 within).
Center has fixed assets of ￥29 320 000, about 3000 instruments worth ￥18 000 000. And there are 4 administrative departments and 11 laboratories in Center. With the staff of 81, which consists of 2 professorial senior engineers, 36 senior engineers and 23 engineers, Center undertakes the missions such as the transfer of the value of qualities throughout the northeast region, and develops productions including the metrological etalons and intellectualized measurement instruments.
47 regional and higher standards (includes a national temporary seamdard ) have been established in Center, and cover the metrology fields of length, thermal, force, electricity, radio, optics, physical chemistry, acoustics, time and frequency, ionizing radiation.
