基本情况：

国家轨道衡计量站是国家质量监督检验检疫总局1979年授权建立的国家法定计量检定机构。承担全国轨道衡检衡车和动态称量轨道衡的检定工作；轨道衡新产品的型式评价和样机试验；轨道衡检测技术的研究；相关检定规程规范的制修订；铁路货车超偏载检测装置的检定工作；对各铁路局的19个轨道衡计量分站进行业务指导。

国家轨道衡计量站拥有5项轨道衡计量标准器：

1.轨道衡标准装置(轨道衡专业的最高计量标准) ；

2.20kg砝码标准装置；

3.500kg砝码标准装置；

4.3t砝码标准装置；

5.检衡车标准装置。

以及与之相配套的20kg、100kg、500/1000kg、3000kg 4级天平和必要的仪器设备。上述第1、4、5项可作为“社会公用计量标准”，形成了从国家计量副基准到工作计量标准器的轨道衡量值传递系统，保证了我国工矿企业轨道衡量值的准确一致。

同时还配置有9组(45辆)T_6D型动态检衡车，124辆T₆型检衡车，31辆T_6F型砝码检衡车，20辆T₇型砝码检衡车。

国家轨道衡计量站现有管理、技术和检定人员23名，其中站长1名，副站长(主任)1名，室副主任2名，拥有各类技术职称的占70%。下设监督管理室、动态轨道衡检定室和量值传递室。

Introduction:

The National Track Scale Metering Station established in 1979 under the authority of the General Administrition of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine in the national, legal metrological verification agency; The station undertakes the task of verification of track scale testing wagons and dynamic weighing track scales of the whole country; pattern approval and prototype test of track scale for new products; study of test techniques of track scale; formulation and revision of relevant regulations and standards; verification of detecting device for overload and unbalance load of rail wagons, and effects professional guidance to the 19 track scale metering sub-stations of all the railway administrations.

The National Track Scale Metering Station possesses 5 standard portioning devices of track scale measurement as below:

1.Track scale standard device(the highest metering standard of track scale speciality);

2.20kg weight standard device;

3.500kg weight standard device;

4.3t weight standard device; and 

5.Standard device for track scale (testing track sale wagons.

There are 4 level scales of 20kg, 100kg, 500/1000kg, & 3000kg and necessary instrument and equipment to complete the above, of which 1), 4) and5) can be used as the “measurement standard for public service” thus creating a quantity transmission system of track scale from the secondary standard of national metrology to the working metering standard, so as to ensure the accuracy and uniformity of magnitude of weigh bridges of industrial and mining enterprises of our country.

Main verification equipment: 9 groups (45 wagons) T_6D type dynamic track scale testing wagons, 124 T₆ type track scale testing wagons, 31 T_6F type counterweight track scale testing wagons, and 20 T₇ type counterweight track scale testing wagons.

The Station has 23 staff of management, technology and verification, of whom 1 master and l vice-master of the station, 2 senior officers.70% of the staff have various title of professional post. There are 3 officers under the station: supervising and managing office, dynamic track scale verification office and quantity transiting office.
