基本情况：
国家原油大流量计量站是国家计量行政部门依法授权的国家专业计量站和法定计量检定机构，负责建立原油、天然气、液态轻烃的流量计量基准及社会公用标准，在全国范围内进行量值传递，承担计量检定、测试任务。中国石油天然气股份公司石油工业计量测试研究所和石油工业流量仪表质量监督检测中心也设在国家原油大流量计量站，主要承担油气计量技术研究、油气计量工程设计和油气测量仪表及装置的计量检定测试和质量监督检测。
国家原油大流量计量站现有员工84人，其中正高职和副高职技术人员28人，中级技术人员34人。根据上述业务的需要，国家原油大流量计量站建立了原油流量计量检测、天然气和液态轻烃流量计量检测、水流量计量检测、多相流及原油含水计量检测、压力、温度及密度仪表计量检测、流量仪表质量监督检测等多个实验室，拥有经国家计量行政部门考核通过的17套国家计量标准、社会公用计量标准及企业最高计量标准。
自1984年成立以来，国家原油大流量计量站的业务范围已遍及全国各省市自治区，并为国外客户提供计量检定、测试服务，参加过国际间计量检测实验室的比对试验，编制了近20项国家和行业标准，取得了百余项科研成果，其中5项获国家科学技术进步二等或三等奖。国家原油大流量计量站技术实力雄厚，工程经验丰富，愿竭诚为国内外客户提供优质服务。

Introduction:
The National Station of Petroleum Flow Measurement is a station of specialized metrology and a service of legal metrological verification set up and authorized by the metrological administrative department of the national government. The Station is responsible for establishing the primary standards and public standards of flow measurement of crude oil, natural gas and liquid hydrocarbon, carrying out the dissemination of the values of flow quantities, and undertaking the verification and test businesses throughout China. Petroleum Measurement and Test Research Institute, and Supervision and Inspect Center of Petroleum Instrument Quality, both subordinate to PetroChina, are also included in the Station. Their main tasks are the research of oil and gas measurement and verification techniques, the design of oil and gas metering engineering projects, and they also undertake the calibration and test, the quality supervision and inspection on meters and devices of oil and gas industry.
The Station has 84 employees at present, including 28 senior engineers and 34 engineers. Considering its own businesses, the Station has established several departments with related laboratories, including measurement and calibration department for crude oil flow, measurement and calibration department for natural gas and light hydrocarbon flow, measurement and calibration department for water flow, test and evaluating department for multiphase flow and OWD in crude oil, measurement and calibration department for pressure, temperature and density meters, quality supervision and inspect department for flow meters etc.. Totally, the Station possesses 17 sets national and public measurement standards, and the highest enterprise measurement standards. All of them were checked and qualified by the metrological administrative department of the national government.
Since it was establish in 1984,the services scope of the Station has covered the related businesses throughout China, and also provided services of calibration and test to the overseas customs. The Station attended the inter-comparisons between the international flow laboratories, and drawn up 20 national and industry standards. Achievements in scientific and technical research are over 100 items, and 5 of them were National Second or Third Class Awards in Science and Technology.
With its position of technical strength and abundant engineering experiences, the Station is ready to cooperate sincerely with clients at home and from abroad.
