基本情况：

国家矿山安全计量站于1992年7月经国家技术监督局以技监局量发[1992]337号文正式批准成立，授权承担全国范围内涉及矿山作业安全的矿用计量器具检定、测试和量值传递的法定计量检定机构。1997年7月通过国家质量技术监督机构复查，2002年9月通过国家质量监督检验检疫总局依据JJF1069—2000《法定计量检定机构考核规范》进行的法定计量检定机构的考核。具备执行涉及全国矿山安全计量的粉尘、风速、气体3大类（标准）器具的强制检定和量值传递任务的技术能力和管理能力。同时开展检测检定技术、装置的研发，提供检测检定（标准）装置；为企业（社会）培训检测检定技术人员、提供检测检定技术服务。

计量站下设办公室、业务室二个职能部门和安全仪表、电气防爆、计量检测室三个检测室。现有职工22人，其中专业技术人员19人，占职工总人数的86%；工程师以上专业技术人员11人，占职工总人数的50%，其中高级工程师8人，研究员1人。

计量站现有试验室面积2500m²，社会公用计量标准4个，仪器设备总台数203台，设备固定资产（原值）400万元。累计为用户出具报告和证书1.5万份。1995年获国家技术监督局 “全国质量监督先进单位”称号，1995年获四川省 “计量工作先进单位”称号，1997年矿山站被原国家技术监督局授予“完成计量工作三年（1995～1997）计划法定计量检定机构先进单位”称号，2002年9月矿山站被中国计量测试学会评为“全国计量测试”先进会员单位。

Introduction:

The National Mine Safety Metrological Station was established in July 1992 under No. 337 (1992) approval document of the State Bureau of Technological Supervision and is an authorized organization undertaking legal metrological verification of measuring instruments and testing and carrying out the dissemination of values of quantities which are related to mine safety operation throughout the country. The station passed the re-examination made by the state quality and technological supervision organs and the evaluation of legal metrological verification organization carried out by the State Bureau of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine according to the “Evaluation Norm of Legal Metrological Verification Organizations” (JJF1069-2000). The station possesses both technical and management ability to conduct compulsory verification of three categories of (standard) measuring instruments including dust, air velocity and gas and carry out the dissemination of values of quantities which are related to the mine safety metrology throughout the country. The station also carries out research and development of testing and verification equipment, offers (standard) testing and verification equipment, carries out technical training for testing and verification persons and provides technical service of testing and verification for enterprises (society).

Under the station there are two functional sections including administrative office and business office and three testing laboratories including the testing laboratory of safety instruments, testing laboratory of flameproof electrical apparatus and metrological testing laboratory. The station now has 22 staff members and workers, in which 19 are specialized technical persons, accounting for 86% of the total employers; 11 persons have the technical title of engineer and above, accounting for 50% of the total employers, including 8 senior engineers and one professor.

The station now has 2500 m² of laboratories, 4 public metrological standards, 203 sets of testing and verification instruments and equipment, and 4 million yuan of fixed assets (original value). It has ensued 15000 copies of testing and verification reports and certificates for users. In 1995, the station won the title of “the advanced unit of the national quality supervision” conferred by the former State Bureau of Technological Supervision, in 1995, it won the title of “the advanced unit of metrological work” awarded by Sichuan province, in 1997, it won the title of “the advanced unit of legal metrological verification organization in completion of three year’s metrological work plan (1995~1997) conferred by the former State Bureau of Technological Supervision, and in September 2002, it was chosen as an advanced member unit of “the national measurement and testing” by China National Measurement and Testing Society.

The station pursues the policy of “creating first-rank service and ensuring safety in all quarters” and offers technical service and support for all circles of the society.
