基本情况:
气象仪器计量工作始于20世纪50年代,1954年成立仪器技术科,1978年成立气象仪器检定所。经过四十多年的不断发展和完善,于1995年,在气象仪器计量检定研究所的基础上,成立了国家气象计量站,授权承担全国气象行业气象仪器的计量检定和测试工作。
国家气象计量站下设3个室(包括:计量管理室、检定室和综合技术室),组织结构如图所示。
全站现有职工20人,其中高级技术职称9人,工程师10人,辅助人员1人。共有房屋约1500m2,固定资产1000余万元。
国家气象计量站拥有一等大气压力标准器(测量范围:0~3700hPa;测量不确定度:1+0.0012·RAD)、一等标准铂电阻温度计(测量范围:-189.3442~+100℃;测量不确定度:0.007℃)、一等标准皮托静压管(测量范围:2~70m/s;测量不确定度:0.1%)、一等太阳辐射标准器(测量范围:0~1600W/m2;测量不确定度:0.25%)、精密露点湿度计(测量范围:露点温度(-10~+35)℃;测量不确定度:td为0.15℃)和雨量检定用标准量器组(测量范围:0~942.48mL;测量不确定度:0.1~2.0mL)。这些标准器和相关检定设备(温度检定箱、湿度检定箱、风洞等)配套使用,可开展水银/数字气压表、水银/数字温度计、毛发/数字式湿度计、皮托管、风向风速仪、辐射仪器及各种气象传感器的检定和测试工作。

Introduction:
The metrology of meteorological instruments had been started before the fifties of the 20th century. Instrument Technical Section was built in 1954. Institute of Meteorological Instrument Calibration (IMIC) was established in 1978. Through continuous development and improvement for fifty years, on the basis of IMIC, NationalCenter for Meteorological Metrology (NCMM) was established in 1995. It is authorized to undertake metrological verification and test services of meteorological instruments for the meteorological professional of the whole country.
NCMM comprises three technical sections (administration Section、calibration section and complex technical section). So far, there are twenty persons (9 are senior engineers, 10 are engineers, 1 is auxiliary staff member) in NCMM. Fixed assets are more than ten million yuan. Laboratory’s area is about one thousand and five hundred square meters. The structure of an organization for NCMM is as follow.
NCMM possesses first-class pressure standard instrument (measuring range: 0~3700hPa; uncertainty of measurement: 1Pa+0.0012%·RAD), first-class Pt. resistance thermometer (measuring range: -189.3442~+100℃; uncertainty of measurement:0.007℃), first-class standard pitot static tube (measuring range: 2~70m/s; uncertainty of measurement: 0.1%), first-class solar radiation standard instrument (measuring range: 0~1600W/m2; uncertainty of measurement: 0.25%), precision dew-point hygrometer ( measuring range: dew-point temperature td(-10~+35)℃; uncertainty of measurement: 0.15℃) and a set of standard glass volume( measuring range: 0~942.48mL;uncertainty of measurement;0.1~2.0mL).
These standard instruments are used together with related testing equipments( temperature calibration equipment, humidity calibration equipment, wind tunnel,etc). They can be used for metrological verification and test for mercury/digital pressure instruments, mercury-in-glass/digital thermometer, hair/digital humidity instruments, pitot static tubes, wind speed and wind directional instruments, pyrheliometer, pyranometer, net radiometer, rain gauges, siphon rainfall recorder, remote rainfall recorder and various meteorological sensors.
