基本情况：
国家轨道衡计量站北京分站是经国家质量监督检验检疫总局授权的法定计量检定机构，承担涉及北京、天津、河北、山东、山西五省市区内的北京、天津、石家庄铁路分局管内的静态轨道衡的计量检定及仲裁检定等工作。并配合国家轨道衡计量站完成分站管内动态轨道衡检定任务。
国家轨道衡计量站北京分站始建于1979处，北京分站目前有T6F砝码检衡车厢辆、T6检衡车12辆标准装置，各类技术专业人员齐备，共有两项社会公用计量标准。形成了从国家计量标准到工作轨道衡的完整合理的量值系统，保证了轨道衡量值传递的准确性和可靠性。对分站管内各企业贸易结算轨道衡进行检定。

Introduction:
Beijing Substation of National Weight Bridge Metering Station is a legal measurement and verification organization authorized by State Bureau of Quality Monitoring, Inspection and Quarantine. The Substation undertakes metering verification and arbitral verification of static weight bridge within the railway sub-administrations of Beijing, Tianjin and Shijiazhuang covering five provinces/municipalities of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong and Shanxi, and also responsible for the dynamic weight bridge verification in collaboration with National Weight Bridge Metering Station.
Beijing Substation was established in 1979. At present, the Substation has 3 sets of T6F counterweight verification cars and 12 sets of T6 verification cars. The Substation has the expertise and provides two standard metering services for the public. The Substation possesses a complete measurement system ranging from national measurement standards to working weight bridge, which has ensured the accuracy and reliability of delivery of track measurement. The Substation is responsible for verification of all industries settlement of WeightBridge within its authorized working area.
Beijing Substation aims to provide efficient services for the customers with scientific, reliability and cost effective approaches. With implementing the national measurement laws and regulations, the Substation has established suitable quality inspection system, improved the management and monitoring procedures, and contributed to the local industries economic development.
