基本情况：
国家铁路罐车容积计量站锦州分站于1986年12月经国家技术监督局批准成立。副县处级单位建制，1997年5月升格为县处级单位。锦州分站是由国家质检总局直接授权的法定计量技术机构，行政归属于锦州市技术监督局，业务归属于国家铁路罐车容积计量站，承担由山西省、河北省、昭盟地区和辽西地区企业自备铁路罐车容积计量检定与测试任务。
我分站现有人员20名。其中站长1名，副站长1名，科长3名，副科长2名，检定人员16名。正高工1名，副高工3名，工程师5名。大专以上学历人员占全站90%。
目前，我分站拥有房屋面积300 m2，其中检定用实验室面积200 m2，工作环境均已达到实验室要求条件，建立了可溯源到国家基准的铁路罐车容积检定装置，能够及时、准确地为社会各界提供有关的技术资料和相关服务。
我站除开展铁路罐车容积计量检定外，还承担了铁道部和地方政府部门授权的大容器检定工作以及相关技术测量工作。

Introduction:
Jinzhou Branch of State Measuring Station of Railway Tanker Capacity was set up in December, 1986 under the approbation of State Technical Supervision Bureau. The unit was ranked as a deputy county (division) level and was promoted to county (division) level in May, 1997.
Jinzhou Branch, a legal measuring technical organ which was directly authorized by the State Quality Inspection Bureau, is organizationally under the jurisdiction of Jinzhou Technical Supervision Bureau and, in business scope, the State Measuring Station of Railway Tanker Capacity. It undertakes measuring and testing task of railway tanker capacity which are prepared and owned by the enterprises of the provinces of Shanxi and Hebei and Zhaomeng and west Liaoning regions.
The station now owns 20 persons, including one director, one deputy director, 3 section chiefs, 2 deputy section chiefs, 16 test personnel. One senior engineer, 3 deputy senior engineers,5 engineers, with 90% personalities who own the schooling of college or above.
At present, the station possesses 300 sq. m of construction area, including 200 sq.m for test lab area. The working condition here has been up to the requirement of laboratory, and test installation of railway tanker capacity which can be traced to the state standard has been set up. We can supply timely and accurately to the society with relevant technical data and services concerned.
Apart from the inspection and measuring of railway tanker capacity, the station also undertakes the examining and determining work for large containers and relevant technical testing job which are authorized by the State Railway Ministry and local governmental departments.
