基本情况：

国家海洋计量站青岛分站成立于1979年7月，行政上隶属于国家海洋局北海分局，业务上受国家海洋计量站指导。是国务院计量行政部门授权开展海洋特殊量值计量管理、检定、仲裁及监督工作的北海区海洋法定计量检定机构。是开展北海区海洋标准计量和产品质量的监督管理、海洋计量器具检定、测试的事业单位，承担本海区海洋计量器具、设备的科技成果测试鉴定和新产品样机试验工作。围绕北海区开展的海洋行政管理、海洋环境预报与监测、海洋科研调查和海洋开发活动,开展与常规性和专项检查相结合的计量检定、校准、测试任务；监督管理国家计量、标准和质量法律法规在北海区的贯彻实施。多次承担国家大型科研调查项目的质量管理与控制工作；参加国家计委“中国海洋环境监测系统建设”项目的计量检定及质量监督管理工作；多次完成国家海洋局计量检定项目的技术改造任务；参与国家“126”、“703”项目计量监督管理工作。

承担的检定项目有：船用pH计、其它实验室pH计、感应式盐度计、电极式盐度计、表层水温表、气象用内标式玻璃液体温度计、气象用玻璃棒状液体温度表、干湿球温度表、最高最低温度表、地面温度表、直管地温度表、曲管地温度表、水银气压表附属温度表、开端颠倒温度表、闭端颠倒温度表、双管水银气压表、动槽水银气压表、空盒气压表、海洋资料浮标气压传感器、轻便三杯风向风速表、风压式轻便测风器、磁感式轻便测风器、其它轻便测风仪器、通风干湿表、毛发湿度计、毛发湿度表等。

开展校准/检测的项目有：印刷海流计、直读式海流计、安德拉海流计、旋杯（旋桨、旋叶）式流速仪、海洋环境自动观测系统、船舶气象仪、数字气象仪、电接（电传）风向风速仪、环境试验室、湿热试验室（箱）、海洋资料浮标传感器。

承担检定/校准的航海设备有：可承担“航行设备的配备要求”——7.气象仪器中：（1）无液气压计；（2）温度计；（3）自动气压记录仪；（4）干湿温度计；（6）水温计；（7）风速风向计或手提风速计的检定和校准。

现已建有温度、温深、pH计、盐度计、气压、湿度、风洞、环境、海流计等9项海洋专业计量标准。具有JZL-2型颠倒温深检定仪、一级直线式水槽（与山东省水文仪器研制中心合建）、各种水文气象仪器检定设备，并配有一等标准水银温度计、二级标准水银气压表、0.01级高电位差计、二等标准活塞压力计、补偿式微压计、中国系列标准海水、pH标准缓冲溶液等计量标准装置和标准物质。

国家海洋计量站青岛分站拥有一支长期从事海洋标准计量研究和检定测试工作的专业技术队伍，专业结构合理、技术水平较高。现有职工28人，其中高级工程师7人，工程师6人，配有3名获国家和省级证书的专业计量监督员，16人取得国家检定员证书。

Introduction:

Qingdao Branch of National Marine Metrology Service was established on July, 1979.The North Sea Section of National Marine Bureau controls its administration and National Marine Metrology Service directs its business work. The Branch is the Legal Metrological Verification Institution that the Metrological Administration Department of the State Council authorized with special marine magnitude metrology management, verification, arbitrate and supervision work. about the ocean area.It is the institution in the north sea to develope marine standard metrology, supervision and administration of the products quality, metrology, and test work. It also takes the identification and test jobs of scientific and technological achievements about marine metrology instrument and equipment and the sample machine experiments in the north sea area. With the marine administration supervision, environment forecast, marine scientific investigation and technological development activities in the North Sea, the Branch launch the metrology verification, calibration and test duties. Those duties are all connected with the routine and special items test. And the Branch also supervise and administrate in the north sea area how put the national metrological standard, law and rules of qualities into effect. It often took qualities supervision and control work of large national scientific and technological investigation items; participated in the metrology verification and qualities supervision items by National Planning Commission, Marine Environment Monitor System Construction of China, in metrology supervision administration work of National items “126”and “703”; updated the technology on verification items of National Marine Bureau.

The main verification items involve Shipboard pH Meter, other pH Meter for lab, Induction Salinometer, Electrode Type Salinometer, Surface Thermometer, Meteorological Enclosure-type Liquid in Glass Thermometer, Deep Sea Reversing Thermometer, Double Tube Mercury Barometer, Aneroid-Barometers, Portable 3-cup Anemometer Meteorological Hair Hygrome er and Hair Hygrograph, Magnetic Induction Portable Anemometry, Marine Resources Buoy Pressure Transducer, and Portable Pressure Anemometry etc.

The calibration/detection items being launched involve, Direct Reading Current Meter, Aanderaa Current Meter, the Printing Current Meter, Contact Anemorambometer, Environment Lab, Muggy Lab (Box), and Marine Resources Buoy Transducer, Ship Meteorological Instrument, Digital Meteorological Instrument and Marine Environment Automatic Meaurement system.

The nautical devices of verification/calibration involve meteorological instrument like Aneroid Barometer, Thermometer, Antomatic Pressure Recorder, Psychrometer, Anemometry, and Portable Anemometry. The above devices fit “Nautical Provide requirement”.

There have been nine standards such as Temperature, Temperature-depth,pH Meter, Salinometer, Pressure, Humidity, Wind Tunnel, Environment and Current Meter. Deep Sea Reversing Temperature-depth verification device Type JZL-2, Straight-line water channel (Grade Ι)(with the help of Shandong Hydrometeorology instrument research centre), and all kinds of Hydrometeorology verification devices are involved. And some Metrological standard equipments and Standard Reference Material are equiped in this Branch, such as Metrological Standard Mercury-in-Glass Thermometer (GradeΙ , Grade П), 0.01PD Meter, Series Standard Seawater,and pH Standard Buffer Solution.

Most of the special technicians are working in this Branch .And they have high level in metrological research and verification test. Ther are twenty-eight people in the Branch, seven senior engineer, six engineer, three special metrology supervisior with national and province certificate, sixteen people with national metrology certificate.
