基本情况：

国家原油大流量计量站成都天然气流量分站是国家质量监督检验检疫总局授权的法定计量检定机构，挂靠在中国石油西南油气田分公司，承担授权范围(全国)内天然气计量器具的检定和校准任务，并从事天然气流量计量技术方面的研究、标准和规程制修定工作。该站拥有质量－时间（mt）法气体原级标准装置、临界流文丘利喷嘴气体流量次级标准装置和移动式气体超声工作标准装置。原级标准装置的最大工作压力为4.0MPa，质量流量范围为（0.005～2.47）kg/s，流量综合不确定度为；次级标准装置的最大工作压力为4.0MPa，工况体积流量范围为（5～5115）m3/h，流量综合不确定度为0.25%；工作标准装置的最大工作压力为6.0MPa，工况体积流量范围为（80～8000）m3/h，流量综合不确定度为0.35%～0.5，可到现场进行检定和校准。授权检定和校准的气体流量计有临界流、差压式、速度式、容积式和质量式5种。

Introduction:

Chengdu Verification Branch for Natural Gas Flow Meter of National Crude Oil Large Flow Measurement Station is a legal measurement verification organization authored by the General Administration of Quality Supervision , Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, and is supported by the PetroChina SouthWest Oil & Gas Field Company. The branch takes on the mission of the verification and calibration for the natural gas flow meter in its authored area (overall China), and also engages in the natural gas measurement technology research, standard and regulation drawing and editing. There are one set of mass-time（mt）primary standard, one set of critical flow nozzle secondary standard and one set of mobile gas ultrasonic meter working standard in the branch.. The maximum working pressure, mass flow range and total uncertainty of the primary standard are 4.0 MPa, (0.005～2.47)kg/s and 0.1%. For the secondary standard,  the maximum working pressure, actual volume flow range and total uncertainty are 4.0 MPa, (5～5115)m³/h and 0.25%. The working standard can be served in the field and its maximum working pressure, actual volume flow range and total uncertainty are 6.0 MPa, (80～8000)m³/h and 0.35%～0.5%. 5 kinds of natural gas flow meter are authored to verified and calibrated in the branch, they are critical, differential pressure type , velocity and volume flow meter.
