基本情况：
重庆市流量检测技术研究所隶属于重庆市质量技术监督局，是国家法定的流量计量技术机构、流量计量产（商）品质量监督检验机构、流量检测技术科研机构、重庆市科技成果鉴定检测机构。1998年被授权为国家原油大流量计量站重庆天然气流量分站。
我所在流量计量方面具有雄厚的技术力量和较为完善的检测设备，具有较强的量值传递、溯源能力。目前建立保存的社会公用计量标准共24项，各种计量仪器设备共145台（件），我所主要有：
1.活塞式气体流量标准装置。其准确度为0.05级，可以检定（0.001～6）m3/h，准确度为0.1～1.0级的各种气体流量仪表，目前是全国精度等级最高的常压气体流量标准装置。
2.天然气实流标准装置（一级标准：PVTt法气体流量标准装置，二级标准：音速喷嘴组件并联法气体流量标准装置）。可用于标定音速喷嘴，检测φ（25～250）mm，工作压力（0～1.2）MPa，流量范围（14～2150）m3/h的各种气体（蒸汽）流量仪表。该装置是目前国内唯一以天然气为工作介质的有压大口径标准装置，其各项技术指标达到国际先进水平。
3.质量法气体流量标准装置。其准确度为0.1级，可以检定（0.5～25）kg/min，准确度为0.5级（或0.5级以下）的CNG加气机及（0.5～25）kg/min，准确度为0.2级（或0.2级以下）的气体质量流量流量计。
4.静态容积法水流量标准装置。其准确度等级为0.1级，可开展检定（15～80）mm口径、（0.004～181）m3/h；（100～450）mm口径、（0.07～6000）m3/h， 0.2级及0.2级以下的速度式流量计。

Introduction:
Chongqing Flow Measurement Technology Institute is a subsidiary of the Quality & Technology Supervision Bureau of Chongqing. It is recognized legal representation for the following division:
· Flow Measurement Technical Instrumentation Division
· Flow measurement Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Instrumentation Division
· Science and Technology Achievement Appraisal Inspection Division
In 1988, it was authorized by the government to be Chongqing Branch of Natural Gas Flow Measurement, National Large-flow Measurement Station of Crude Oil.
Chongqing Flow Measurement Technology Institute has excellent technology and a full range of inspection equipment for flow measurement. The institute has strength in efficiency of delivery and source finding. At present, the institute has 24 items of measurement standard are commonly used by public, and 145 different types of equipment available for flow measurement. Below are the main equipments that we have:
1. Standardize Gas Flow Piston Actuated Device. The accuracy of Standardize Gas Flow Piston Actuated Device is 0.05 grade. It can be used to exam all types of gas flow meter （0.001~6）m3/h with the accuracy of 0.1 ~ 1.0 grade. At present it is the most precise atmospheric pressure gas flow device of the nation.
2. Natural Gas Solid Flow Standard Device （The first level of standard: PVTt Gas Flow Standard Device. The second level of standard: Speed of Sound Spray Nozzles Integrated with Parallel Gas Flow Standard Device）.The device can be used to exam Nozzle Calibration and Gas Steam Flow Meter: φ25~250mm working pressure is （0~1.2）Mpa, and the flow rate range is （14~2150）m3/h. It is the only large caliber standard device that uses the natural gas as working medium under the pressure condition. All the functions and specifications meet the advanced level of the international standard.
3. Gas Mass Flow Standard Device.The accuracy of Gas Mass Flow Standard Device is 0.1 grade. It can be used to exam the CNG dispenser which flow rate is （0.5~25） kg/min, and the accuracy is 0.5 grade （or lower than 0.5 grade）. It also can be used to exam the gas mass flow meter which accuracy is 0.2 grade （or lower than 0.2 grade）.
4. Stationary Water Capacity Standard Device.The accuracy Stationary Water Capacity Standard Device is 0.1 grade. It can be used to exam the speed flow meters which caliber are （15~80）mm,（0.004~181）m3/h; （100~450）mm, （0.07~6000）m3/h,the accuracy is 0.2 grade or lower than 0.2 grade.
