为指导督促基层包保干部和小型食品销售企业全面落实食品安全“两个责任”,提升食品安全风险关键点防控能力,日前,北京市市场监管局指导平谷区局监管人员坚持问题导向、目标导向,积极创新工作机制方式,将食品安全员的职责和食品安全日常管理要点,编制成朗朗上口、通俗易懂的顺口溜,印制在提示卡上,供食品销售者和包保干部随时学习掌握,受到了广泛认可。

  顺口溜全文如下:

                                                                      我是食品安全员,

                                                                      每日管控不停闲,

                                                                      周周排查找隐患,

                                                                      按月调度要周全。

 

                                                                      进货查验第一关,

                                                                      票证齐全是关键,

                                                                      过期食品须谨防,

                                                                      留存档案不缺篇。

 

                                                                      隔墙离地是基本,

                                                                      生熟混放不安全,

                                                                      冷链温度应达标,

                                                                      标识完整要明显。

 

                                                                      安全自查最重要,

                                                                      周密细致防风险,

                                                                      发现问题及时报,

                                                                      食品安全我当先。
